The Standing Committee of the Kasoa District of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana on Wednesday 15th April, 2020 provided relief items to the vulnerable and the aged within its pastoral district most especially person in the lockdown area. The donation forms part of the church’s social responsibility.
The District Minister, Rev. Stephen K. Anarfi believes that the church at this crucial moment in the life of mankind where the world is on its knees needs to rise up, show concern by providing support to those in need and also pray fervently to cast the deadly virus out of the world.
The food packages were distributed to the various congregations and preaching points in Kasoa for onward supply to the target population.
