Msgr. Louis Kofi Tuffour, Vicar General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi.

In attendance at the Mass were the FST Sisters, Postulants and Novices of FST, Rev. Fr. John Amoah, the Chaplain of the FST Sisters; Rev. Fr. (Dr.) Paul Kumah, Chaplain of the FST Associates members; FST Associate members and Pupils from Blessed Trinity Leadership Academy.

Preaching the homily at the May 26, 2024 Mass on theme “To live with others, you must live for them,” Msgr. Tuffour educated the FST Sisters about the divine Mathematics – “1+ 1+ 1= 1”, this the most important and fundamental mystery our God has given us, that three persons come together to form one unit.

He said one cannot fathom this great Mystery of the Trinity but “we do appreciate this revelation by God and we believe.”

He reminded the Sisters that they had been set apart by virtue of their baptism and confirmation to be true followers, disciples, and apostles of Christ Jesus.

To be called daughters and sons of God, is to live right, in accordance with the will of God, and, we must live with and for others, he stressed.

He urged the Sisters to respect each other and others as they came from the same stock. “God created us in his own image and likeness, Trinitarian and as Trinitarian Sisters this is a wake-up call to live in accordance as our foundational name-Daughters of the Most Holy Trinity depicts.

The Vicar General noted that the Father, Son and Spirit lived in obedience and love with one another, saying, “Just as the Father send the Son into the world to save us from our sins, the Spirit also worked in union with them in creating the universe.”

“We are bound to be obedient any time we are called upon to any given task,” he added.

Msgr. Tuffour reminded the FST Sisters that, “we are a Eucharistic community who share and experience the love that is expressed by the Divine Persons, therefore, the need to relate well with one another.”

“Each of us must play our role as it is done by the Trinity. Our various apostolate must be an identity as the Trinitarian community,” he stated.
