The campus of Divine Mission Academy in Ejisu-Donaso held its annual Culture and Heritage Day with a much-anticipated Graduation and Promotion Ceremony.

The ceremony brought together staff and parents of the school who came to support their wards.

This year’s celebration paid tribute to Ghana’s diverse cultural heritage, where pupils dressed in traditional attire representing regions across the nation.

The ceremony also featured energetic traditional dances and poetry recitals delivered in multiple Ghanaian languages.

The event was also graced by Rev. Ebow Esseku, a special guest who opened the program with a solemn prayer, dedicating the day to God’s guidance.

Dr. Godfred Aawaar, Head of Divine Mission Academy, in a speech noted, “Our goal goes beyond academic achievement we aim to raise confident young people who are proud of their heritage and respectful of the traditions that shape our society”.

He added, “Moments like these show that our students can honour their past while stepping boldly into the future.”

For the Junior High School Class of 2025, the ceremony marked a major milestone, the completion of their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the beginning of a new academic chapter.

Younger pupils were also promoted to their next grade levels, serving as a testament to their hard work and growth.
