“Let Christ lead you in everything you do,” he said and encouraged the faithful to have hope in the redemptive power of Christ and to be hope for people who have lost hope in life, reminding them that there are many who have lost hope in life.

Additionally, the Priest admonished the faithful to embrace the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the forgiveness of their sins.

The day happened be the inauguration of new Pastoral Council members. The outgoing Church President, Mr. Charles Kyere, addressed the congregation outlining the achievements of the Council.

He acknowledged the hard work of the parishioners and exhorted them to be committed to the welfare contributions since that is the way they are able to support other parishioners.

He emphasised that the youth are the future of the church, and the Council will help bring the youth to actively participate in the activities of the Church.

He asked the parishioners to support the new leadership in the discharge of their duties for growth and development of the church.

The occasion was used to appreciate the commitment and dedication of the catechists in the parish, and provided them with eight new vestments.

The Altar servers were also acknowledged for their discipline, hard work, and dedication. They were presented with certificates to encourage them to continue with their good works.
