First Cameroonian MSHR Sister Goes Home At 99

 With gratitude to God for a life well spent, the Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary (MSHR) announce the exit of an icon, Sr. Teresa Marie Epie, the first Cameroonian MSHR, popularly known as Sr. T.M, who was called Home to her maker on December 4, 2025, at the age of 99.

According to Sr. Martina Ogar, Regional Leader of the Missionary Sisters of the Holy Rosary, Cameroon Region, the Funeral arrangements are as follows:

The mortal remains of Sr. T.M. will be removed from the Hope Clinic Mortuary on December 17, 2025, at 3:00 pm and conveyed to the St Francis Mission Station, Fiango Kumba, where there will be the first Vigil Mass, at 5:00 pm, and will include everyone.

The second Vigil Mass will be at 10:00 pm and will be for all family members of late Sr T.M., friends, OPSANS, FESANS, LESANS, and MSHR.

At 4:00 am, MSHR will hold the third Vigil Mass.

On December 18, 2025, there will be a Funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Fiango, at 9:00 am, and at 2:00 pm, her mortal remains will be conveyed to Bamenda.

There will be another Funeral Mass on December 20, 2025, at the Immaculate Conception Parish, Ngomgham, Bamenda, at 10:00 am, and after the Mass, the remains will be conveyed to the cemetery of the Missionary Sisters of the Holy Rosary, at the Candidacy, Ngomgham.

May the soul of Sr. Terese Marie rest in perfect peace. Amen.
