Open Letter to My Beloved Bishops:
On the Church and Freemasonry, The Case in Ghana:
Greetings:
Dearly and Venerable President of the Catholic Bishops Conference in Ghana, may the Grace and Peace of Christ Jesus be with you and your brothers – archbishops and bishops.
Preamble:
I do not deserve to address you, my Lord Bishop except that souls are being misled. Our core mandate as the hierarchy of the Church is the salvation of souls. Jesus sent the apostles out to all the nations to proclaim the Good News, make disciples and baptize them in the Name of the Most Holy Trinity – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He further assured them that He will be with them till the end of time.
Purpose:
My dear Lord Bishop, I do not intend writing thesis nor an essay but a HUMBLE PETITION on behalf of the weak Catholics and by extension, Christians whose faith is being constantly shaken by the cunning ways of the members of occult groups in Ghana.
Visions Fulfilled?
My Lord Bishop, in November 2014, it was a Sunday of the election of our immediate Ex-President as the flag bearer of the NPP. I saw a vision of a dragon firmly holding in his left hand a hungry and aggressive eagle and in his right hand, a calm and gentle hawk. I asked the Lord throughout Holy Mass for a meaning until when I sat silently after Communion that the word came: THE DRAGON IS AMERICA, THE HUNGRY EAGLE IS AKUFFO ADDO, AND THE GENTLE HAWK IS MAHAMA. So, I asked my parishioners who was winning the contest, and the response was Nana Addo. Then, I said, PRAY FOR GHANA. We have all seen the Ghana we never want.
On June 4, 2015, the Lord revealed to me while meditating and interceding for Ghana and the victims of the flood and fire disaster at Circle, saying: “…GHANAIANS HAVE REJECTED ME…” Please note that President Mahama was on the seat of government all that while. Today, he is back on the throne of government after eight years of being in opposition. And, his overwhelming victory seems to tell that NPP under Nana Addo caused us great harm.
Ghana’s Enemy:
However, I have always maintained that our bane as a nation is not the leader of a political party but external donors and sponsors. Ghana is suffering from great depth of division caused by the dragon and his allies. I was not surprised to see that the official presidential vehicle of the US president is named BEAST. Thus, confirming the vision the Lord showed in 2014. Whether Democrats or Republicans, their selfish interest in Ghana makes them inspire our high rate of corruption among governments officials in order that the nation runs to IMF for refuge.
The International Monetary Fund is controlled largely by the US but there are billionaires who are rooted in either Freemasonry or Illuminati sect. Does it surprise you, My Lord Bishop, that in our political history, it is said that anytime Ghana have to go to IMF for loan or aid, she struggles until the Otumfuour steps in? Why should the IMF officials visit Manhyia recently? It was only May last year, 2024, that Otumfuor Osei-Tutu II publicly declared his status as a proud Freemason and promised that he would promote it in Ghana. It was revealed at the same event that his past two predecessors were all Freemasons.
Let us Save our Youth:
Who are the target group if not the youth? This bring me to the question which is causing lots of stir among Catholics: WHY IS ALEXANDER AFENYO MARKINGS A CATHOLIC AND A PROUD FREEMASON? The recent vetting of the Minister designate for Youth and Development, Mr. George Opare Addo, was engaged in Freemasonry rhetorics by Afenyo Markins who has publicly declared himself as a Freemason. In fact, in one of his interviews which I cited in 2022, he said: “… even my bishop is aware that I am a freemason…” The question, which of the bishops?
Efforts From Bishop Osei-Bonsu:
My dear Lord Bishop, please, your predecessor, Emeritus Bishop Joseph Osei-Bonsu, wrote and spoke at length against Catholics joining Freemasons or any other occult group. This happened in the wake of Ex-President Kufour and Fosuaba’s reception of Papal Awards. We all know the aftermath of it and the defends Archbishop Nana Sarpong offered to the Ex-President as a convert.
The Time to Act is Now:
Please, My Lord Bishop, kindly help your frail and vulnerable Catholics know whether the Church has changed her stance on Freemasonry. Otherwise, please the appropriate canonical sanctions must apply. Do not be AFRAID! Your position is divine and you have the power to keep your flock in their bans without bruises. Or else, know that you will keep losing numbers because of issues like this. Catholics want to identify with virtues, and we all know the occult groups are liberals who welcome everything filthy and good in the same and equal measure. We know, meanwhile, that Light and darkness don’t co-exist, truth and lies are enemies.
Our Creed is solid, it has no ambiguity. We are the Body of Christ. Sinners are welcome into the Church insofar as they need to REPENT AND BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL. We do not pamper sinners as we do so at our own peril. It is better it have a genuinely few Catholics who are ready to churn out sound values everywhere they go than have many by name who keep scandalizing the masses.
Therefore, although the Minister designate is a Presbyterian, we have great concerns because in this era of serous economic crisis, only God knows how many young men will be recruited through his office. Unlike Christians and Catholics who allow disagreement to cause negative outcomes, for the Freemasons, they win at every turn of event. Once they appreciate, they love themselves in their chambers irrespective of their political or religious divide.
Conclusion:
My dear Lord Bishop, I pray for you and your brother bishops and archbishops always because the task is herculean. However, “uneasy lies the head that wears the crown”, they say. If we retreat from these advancing menaces, we will regret it sooner or later. It is time to AFFIRM sound Truth as other bishops have done in the past and apply the necessary sanctions to keep your flock who seek genuine paths of salvation.
I love the Church!
I love the sacred priesthood!
I love Mother Ghana!
Peace and Joy!
