In recent times, tons of ink has been spilled in writing about Ghana’s democratic experience and peaceful election because we are heading towards elections in no uncertain times. In this year’s festival, the National Students Awards has not only taken the task to throw light on Ghana’s democratic experience, but would also put forward the answers to the question “what test does December 7 present”?
