The Catholic Archdiocese of Accra is set to hold a quiz competition dubbed “IMAGO DEI BIBLE QUIZ 2025”, aimed at engaging Missionary Children to understand the Catholic teachings and doctrines.
This competition is scheduled to take place from September to December 2025, with seven deaneries of the Archdiocese of Accra participating in the upcoming quiz.

Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, CSSp, Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra, has been briefed about the quiz competition, and he expressed his full support during a meeting with the members of the planning committee.
As part of the activities in preparation for the competition, the trophy for the quiz will be sent on a tour of all registered parishes and churches in the Archdiocese.
During this tour, the trophy will be presented to each parish priest, who will then invite the Missionary Children’s Team to officially receive it, during which they will share insights about the contest.

In addition, there will be fundraising efforts to support the initiative during Holy Mass, and parishioners are encouraged to contribute in cash or in kind, which will be sent through the priests to the Archdiocese.
Local businesses interested in advertising their goods or services can reach out to the visiting team for opportunities to promote themselves on platforms such as Lumen Christi TV and DEPSOCOM ACCRA during the airing of the quiz.

The trophy will remain in each participating parish for one week before moving to the next parish participating in the upcoming IMAGO DEI BIBLE QUIZ 2025.
The IMAGO DEI BIBLE QUIZ 2025 will feature a total number of 28 parishes from the seven participating deaneries, who will take part in three rounds of the quiz, with each round on the Old Covenant, the New Covenant, and the Catholic Dogma.
