Vice-Chancellor of UDS and Council member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Professor Gabriel Ayum Teye is set to deliver an inaugural lecture on ‘‘the Meat Science Industry and National Development’ at the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences in Accra.
The Professor of Meat Science Technology shall among other things, shall talk on the state of meat production in Ghana, challenges, headways and how it can contribute to national development
The lecture will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 5:30pm GMT.
Appropriate means have been put in place to ensure the COVID-19 safety measures are in place. The event will be live via zoom cloud meeting, YouTube and on the Facebook page of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Dignitaries across academia, government and research shall also be present at the inaugural lecture.
