The organizers of the 10th Côte d’Ivoire Real Estate Expo (SICI 2027) have partnered with DPMS Ghana, operated by SM & P Company Ltd, to facilitate Ghanaian real estate developers’ and exhibitors’ participation and to organize the Ghana Pavilion at the event.
The Real Estate Expo (SICI 2027) which is scheduled from January, 29 to 31, 2027 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire aims to give Ghanaian property businesses a platform to showcase projects, explore cross-border investment opportunities, form business partnerships, and engage investors and members of the African diaspora.
In a presser, the organizers noted that DPMS Ghana will coordinate exhibitors’ participation and manage the Ghana Pavilion, creating a central space to present Ghana’s property sector to an international audience and strengthen commercial links between Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
“This is an opportunity to take Ghanaian property offerings beyond the domestic market, meet prospective investors, establish valuable business relationships, and position participating companies for regional and international growth”, the statement added.
This arrangement supports DPMS Ghana’s efforts to expand market access for Ghanaian property developers and connect them with investment opportunities across Africa and the diaspora.
Ghanaian developers and property-related businesses have been encouraged to register through DPMS Ghana to secure places in the Ghana Pavilion and support coordination of the national delegation in Abidjan.
