The Accra West Grand Commandery of the Knights of St. John International and Ladies’ Auxiliary is holding a fundraising event in aid of the Battor Catholic Hospital.
The programme is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Accra International Conference Center at 6:30pm.
The event dubbed the “Presidential Ball” would among others seek to raise an amount of GH₵400,000.00. to equip the medical theatre of the Battor-based Catholic Hospital.
Tickets for the event are as follows: REGULAR – GHC 300, VIP – GHC 400 and PLATINUM – GHC 600.
“We invite every member, non-members and corporate groups to embrace this clarion call to help purchase medical equipment to the tune of GHC400,000.00 for the Catholic Hospital, Battor,” Grand President of Accra West Grand Ladies’ Auxiliary, Noble Sister Petrina Afi Coker told Newswatchgh.com.
She added: “This hospital is known for the treatment of fibroid and prostate issues. This call is to enable the hospital to do more by maximizing its potential by helping fight fibroid and prostate-related diseases.”
