Also present at the profession were several religious men and women, family and friends.

The Sisters vowed poverty; to live a life of sharing, chastity; to love God and all his creation without reserve, and obedience; to listen and do the will of God.

Their vows were received by the Regional Leader of the Sisters of St Louis, Ghana Region, Sr. Brigid Andoh, SSL, who presented a ring to them as the symbol of their vows.

In his homily, Archbishop Anokye joined the Sisters of St. Louis in thanking God for the 181 years since the congregation was established in Juilly, in France by Abbe Louis Marie Eugène Bautain.

He congratulated the Sisters of St. Louis for the gift of the four sisters who had their final vows, commending the four sisters for their choice of reading from the book of Lamentation 3:20-31.
